About Tarangire
Tarangire is northern Tanzania's least-visited big park, a landscape of ancient baobab trees, seasonal swamps and the life-giving Tarangire River, which draws in enormous elephant herds during the dry season.
It is one of the finest elephant destinations in Africa and offers a wonderfully quiet, uncrowded alternative to the Serengeti circuit.
